We are searching for an outstanding graphic designer to create visual concepts tocommunicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. They develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, websites, newspaper ads, collateral, magazines, and corporate reports.


  • Meet with the art director and account manager to determine the scope of a project
  • Advise clients on strategies to reach a particular audience
  • Determine the message the design should portray
  • Create images that identify a product or convey a message
  • Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and websites
  • Create designs either by hand or using computer software packages
  • Select colors, images, text style, and layout
  • Present the design to the art director and account manager
  • Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with outbound licensing on Consumer Products and creative.
  • Design degree and/or experience working in graphic design.
  • Web design experience is a plus, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress & SEO.
  • Expert production design and layout skills, with the ability to preflight for direct to press print production
  • Strong design skills with a modern flair and an eye for impactful brand expression.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to receive input from different departments and find common ground solutions.
  • Tenacity to complete big projects and ensure high quality throughout.
  • Ability and desire to work closely with team members.

Job Duties Include:

  • Works directly with clients and Account Managers to fulfill client needs
  • Provides marketing and tracking information to clients and Account Managers

  • Works directly with design and web team for a variety of projects including development of marketing materials, websites, and ongoing advertising campaigns
  • Maintains internal organization documents, filing systems, and client portals

WICKLEY Interactive has an exciting opportunity for a Content Marketing Specialist who is proficient in short-form and long-form content creation, as well as managing, writing and editing content across mediums with an emphasis on social media, blogs, and websites. In the social media arena, we are looking for a driven person that can attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users. The goal is to achieve the apex of customer engagement exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. It is imperative that the Content Marketing Specialists has a solid understanding of how each social media channel and website works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging in all channels. The ideal candidate will be both creative and an exceptional writer.   • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

  • Develops short-form and long-form content, as well as managing, writing and editing content across multiple mediums

  • Boosts Wickley’s and Client’s brand and overall awareness on social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinedIn and more

  • Assists with editing various marketing and non-marketing documents

  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules

  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

  • Create and re-purpose content to maximize time and investment

  • Regularly update content and purpose ideas for how to improve and enhance quality of information, user experience, and assets to improve usability

  • Be a resource for determining how to speak to our audience segment and help build greater brand recognition to the industry

  • Demonstrates ability to develop new topics, research, and find a unique spin on existing topics

  • Ensures content is on-brand and aligns with personas and stages of the customer’s journey

  Required Skills
  • Skilled in writing/editing content

  • Proven working experience in Communications, Marketing

  • Demonstrated experience writing/editing/publishing content with targeted audiences

  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO

  • Knowledge of online marketing and good grasp of major marketing channels

  • Self-starter with strong self-management skills and possesses the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Demonstrates ability to ask thorough questions to gather information needed to complete assignment
